While we didn't dine in specifically for BBQ, we sat at the bar to enjoy some small bites and we enjoyed every bite. The brussel sprouts.. nom nom.. crisp ends, tender sprout. The Memphis- rub spiced tater tots, were crispy, with a bit of sweetness in the rub. The butermilk pretzel crumb biscuit.. my oh my. Amazing. The margarita flight was delish; I was surprised with how large the flight jars were. Our bartenders were friendly and the atmosphere laid back. We enjoyed our food and time spent here.

Nice place, food is as good as any tourist-city BBQ joint can be. I went when it wasn’t crowded and service was fantastic. The Bulleit Front Porch Mojito is a 10/10 cocktail for a BBQ place, reminded me of a minty bourbony Arnold Palmer. The signature burger is nice, they season it with steak seasoning so it’s very flavorful.

Hubby and I just wanted a fast getaway for the night, nothing fancy. So went to AC and got a room at the Tropicana. Saw some good looking food at the Honey BBQ on IG and figured we'd give it a try. Slow night (Wednesday) not a big deal we kinda like it like that. Walked in and got seated very fast. After like 3 minutes our waiter comes over introduces himself and asks if we wanted to start off with drinks. Very nice guy, Gabriel was his name. VERY nice, friendly and just all around a sweetheart. Got our drinks and gave as a few before ordering food. Comes back, we joke a little, place our orders and when I say within 15 minutes we had hot delicious food, I mean DAMN!! Hubby got the the Beef Rib w/tater tots and I got the shrimp alfredo. Child that rib was soooooo damn tender and good. All it needed was a little more seasoning and I girl would have been in HEAVEN! Fell right off the bone! The shrimp alfredo was cheesey, saucey goodness. Flavored just right, all I needed was some garlic bread 🤣🤣. The night was definitely worth it and Gabriel was very tentative even though he was working the bar as well. We will definitely be coming back again. We have to try the 18hr slow cooked bris

We stopped for breakfast on the way out, it was pretty good! Especially for being one of the few sit-down breakfast places at Trop that's open during weekdays. The tater tots had a nice, subtle seasoning to them, bacon was surprisingly thick (in a good way, lotta meat) and not overly salty, scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked, not runny at all. My girlfriend got a mimosa that was also good, they didn't skimp out on the alcohol at all. Our server, Migdalia, was very nice and attentive. A little bit steep on the price for a few items, but it's Trop, if you're open on weekdays you gotta make that up somehow, so I can understand that, no harm no foul. Overall, a solid breakfast with more variety than Gilchrist and very friendly staff. Definitely going to try the brisket pretzel bun sandwich next time. Check this place out if you want a good drink at 8AM!

We enjoyed the beef rib and brisket. The cornbread was the bomb! Not gonna lie the sides could use some work. Collard greens were not for me but the service here was 20/10. Migdalia was an absolute gem. She took care of us, treated us like family and made the entire experience lovely. Thank you so much!
